I am grinding my teeth again. I believe it started two nights ago. It's been a while since I last ground (grinded?) my teeth. What this means is I have a nagging headache and a sore neck. Last night the grinding was so bad it woke me up.

It's as though my body isn't my body, but different parts operated by different drivers. Sort of like Voltron, only with a large dose of the crazy.
