I was at orientation the other day and a young man was wearing an odd t-shirt that none of us understood. It was blue, had a drawing of an angry snowman on the front and on the back said "Let's Get It." We just didn't understand, and one of our more maternal and gentle employees commented something to the effect of "Your shirt has an angry snowman on it." The kid just grunted agreement or something and moved on. So, now I know what it means:

DRUGS!!!!

Now, who the hell is Young Jeezy? And isn't Jay-Z the new CEO of Def Jam? Def Jam used to be so fantastic.
