Kate's party was fun. I took a little Sofia (which I'm getting used to, I mean, the packaging is too cute) but only drank one can at the beginning of the evening. I had lots of fun, met lots of cool people. It was good to meet Kate's boy, John. It's always cool to meet someone you've heard so much about.

Now I'm tired. I'm hoping to spend tomorrow mostly in bed reading the Tan book and US Weekly, only arising to take Denny out, make some sausage balls or cheese cookies, and to go to Michelle's for her New Year's soiree.
