On the plane I looked out the window and saw nothing but white on the ground and thought "what the hell am I getting myself into?" Yes, it's cold, but it's also a neat place. And i got some Doubletree cookies! We saw a tiny bit of the Holidazzle and had some british pub food. Tomorrow is Dr Brent's graduation and Saturday is shopping. ROCK.

And thank the heavenly father I bought some nice leather cashmere lined gloves before I left. My old navy fleece gloves would not have cut it.

Oh, and I'm freezing my ass off. Literally. As in my winter coat is short, which is fine for Nashville, but here I will catch a cold wind up my coat which makes my ass cold.
