So, at dinner last night Joe discovered his knife was magnetized. It was so bizarre, I've never seen such a thing. He tells me that if you strike steel hard enough or drop it or whatever it becomes magnetized. Why didn't I know this? I watched Mr Wizard all the time when I was a kid! Had I known this my childhood might have been more fun because I was a dork who liked to play with magnets.
