I was picked up by the Waldens and was wisked away to the airport. Our landing was delayed due to snow. I rode along with the Waldens to the Doubletree downtown. They were nice enough to share cookies with me, but later that evening I bought my own.

We had dinner at a British pub called Brit's (what else?). While waiting for our table we watched a bit of the Holidazzle parade (which you can see to the left--but remember my camera sucks when the flash isn't on, and sucks at night when the flash is on). It was very pretty, but the parade obeys all traffic signals. Very polite, but very bad when it's as cold as it is in Minneapolis in December.

After dinner we headed back to Brent's where I fell asleep and he baked a cake. Also, he was nice neough to have a fire, but the damper wasn't closed when the fire was done so I froze there on the fancy air mattress.
