Minneapolis Day 3: Light rail, heavy snow
 | This picture is a little misleading. I actually took in on Friday, the 2nd. How do I know? Because on Saturday the 3rd it was snowing like a bastard. At any rate, this is the view from Brent's. Today was an exciting day....I got to experience Minneapolis mass transit! And I was taking it to the Mall of America! We met Brent's family at Ikea and had lunch. |

 | Ikea is lovely, but I wasn't in the shopping mood for home decor and stuff I couldn't pack in my suitcase (yes, they ship, but I just wasn't in a decorating mood--hey, don't you judge me!). I walked through the snow over to the Mall to begin my shopping adventure. No tax on clothes! To the left you can see how pretty the snowflakes are, plus the added bonus of a tiny bit of my delicious decolletage.
Unfortunately there wasn't much mall time. I only really got through three and a half floors and did not get to go to Camp Snoopy this time. I did buy an outfit at H&M and crazy pants at Urban Outfitters. |
 | Next up was Miss Richfield 1981 and the Hot Dish party. We didn't bring a dish to pass but luckily the Esther Circle had plenty of food. |
 | Here we are with Miss R. She thought Brent and I were a couple so she's pushing me out of the picture. It was a hilarious show. In her song, the 12 Christmas Trailers, Steph and I got to be 1/2 of the 4 Calling Girls. |
 | Here are the crazy Urban Outfitters pants. Independent of each other, Stephanie and I bought the same pants. They were on sale! | Day 1Day 2Day 4Labels: pictures
