After a long conversation with Angi (hi! i'm glad I got to talk to
you!) during which I washed the couch blanket AND rubber brushed the
cushions (if you have a dog and cloth covered furniture you HAVE to get
one of these--much more effective than a vacuum) I vacuumed the floor
for no reason. I'm not expecting guests, I just had the notion to
clean. hooray! I'm now officially out of bags.

And then, if that wasn't enough, on my way to work I had a Hedwig sing
along in the car. I'm such an NPR junkie that this is a big deal.
Hooray for ipods! Sausage curl chicken wing it's all because of you!

Why is this a big deal? I have only vacuumed/dehaired the couch ONCE in
the last several months, that was because of a houseguest and I had a
lot of help. i haven't had an in car sing along in about a year. It's
all getting better.

and in the fall I'll be a grad student! more on that later.
