I really, really hate therapy. I only go once a month but the one day I do it's a real bringdown. Today was no different. I've really been doing great these past few weeks, but right now I feel so down. We talk about the same thing every time, and I'm really just ready not to talk about certain things except with certain people. I think good friends are the best therapists, and I'm not just saying that because Dr Gay has officially passed is boards and now is Gay, PhD, LP.

We're talking Gleemonex Blue and White Capsules for another 6-9 months, she doesn't wish to take me off until we're well past the SAD season.
