So, technically I partially own a home in Belle Meade...
So I wake up and discover the Chancellor of Vanderbilt is a spendthrift and his wife is a stoner. Ok, that's an exaggeration, but his wife does use marijuana medicinally, but the spending doesn't surprise me. The Chancellor's home is in a tony neighborhood and he does entertain most nights of the week. And, honestly, a personal chef?
