Sure, I'm cynical. I'm sarcasitic and snide. But every bad boy has a soft side. What does that have to do with me? Nothing, except to prove that I saw that commercial for Monster Ballads way too many times in college.

So my boss offers me a ticket to go see The Lion King. I accept because it'll be something to do--The Lion King isn't my absolute favorite Disney animation but I like it just fine, and puppets can be really cool so I accepted.

Sure it dragged a bit, but the opening scene was amazing--the sunrise and the animals on the prarie. ANd Timon, oh my gosh. You guys know I like meerkats and the puppet was really cool.
