Tonight's MRI wasn't nearly as much fun as the last time. Not that the last one was great shakes. Anyway, they were at two different facilities. The first was at a boutique imaging center, the second was at the hospital.

This time I had to remove my brassiere which wasn't nearly as traumatic as it might have been a little over two years ago. But in that metal tube I was absolutely FREEZING. There was a cold breeze blowing over me that made my bralessness, ahem, evident. It seems as though I was in there a little longer than the first time and my head was strapped down this time. Also, there was no clever mirror over my eyes that allowed me to see my feet. I turned on my mental ipod wheich seemed to be stuck on dance music. Did I mention I was cold? I might have fallen asleep but I was too cold. When I came out of the tube this time I was a little lightheaded and needed help standing up. Of course, at first I didn't want to accept his help, after all I have been accused of being independent to the point of being a ballbreaker. But I did end up accepting his arm.

I didn't warm up until I got to the car and had the heater running. It wasn't that cold, I was just chilled so bad.
